Finance Administrator FTC About the Role Our client are seeking a proactive and highly accurate Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in Halifax. This opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a busy and collaborative team, while being part of a fantastic business. Key Responsibilities Manage financial queries end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution Investigate and resolve invoice issues, including billing discrepancies Process purchase order and invoice corrections to ensure timely payments Review and process credit requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance queries Identify recurring issues and support process improvements About You The ideal candidate will be: Proactive, with the ability to use their own initiative Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Experienced within a finance or office-based role Confident using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Good customer service and able to build strong relationships Familiar with CRM systems (desirable) This is position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm which also provides great hybrid flexibility, and will be from a salary of £27,000.
