Production Operative – Sustainability & Recycling

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 18:00
The Role
Are you looking for a consistent, full-time role where your work directly impacts the environment? We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our recycling process, ensuring that materials are handled, sorted, and processed efficiently to give them a second life. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and a steady Monday-to-Friday routine.
Key Responsibilities

Sorting & Grading: Identifying and separating different types of recyclable materials.

Machine Operation: Assisting with the loading and monitoring of recycling machinery.

Quality Control: Ensuring that only high-quality materials pass through the production line.

General Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in line with health and safety standards.

Manual Handling: Moving and stacking processed goods ready for dispatch.
What We’re Looking For

Reliability: You are punctual and ready to hit the ground running at 08:00.

Physical Fitness: You are comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.

Team Players: You work well with others to hit daily production targets.

Compliance: Due to the nature of our site and contracts, all applicants must have a clean criminal record
