Foreman required on a major, high profile waste water treatment project. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience of in a Foreman role.  You will be expected to motivate the Gangs on site, ensuring the work is done efficiently, safely and to the highest possible standards.  Helping keep morale high, you will be an effective communicator that looks after the Teams, whilst getting the job done. Your experience must entail drainage, pipelaying e.g. storm/ductile pipe installation, reinforced steel wall and cofferdams.   As a bonus, experience on surfacing and structures will be helpful.
