BCP operate a hub and spoke model - the Team Manager will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager to effectively manage the AMHP Hub. The team have offices based at St Annes hospital and there is a requirement to be able to travel in the community across the BCP conurbation . This is a temporary full time post Monday-Friday. We're looking for experienced mental health Social Workers, to work in the Centralised Mental Health Social Work Team based at Perceval House Candidates should be versed in delivering mental health and social care outcomes from structured interventions. Candidates will need to have experience in completing Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adult S42.2 enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Social Circumstances Tribunal reports.
