We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our long standing projects in Southampton and Chichester areas. We are actively recruiting Support Workers who have good experience working with vulnerable young people between the ages of 16-25, in a Supported living environment. The shifts are 24 hours with a highly paid sleep in, rotas are done one month in advance (subject to change) and you can work up to 4 x 24 hour shifts a week if you wish and when there is availability. Most shifts are lone working 1:1 with the young person but there is plenty of support available via the management team and on call.
