Belmont Recruitment are recruiting a Complex Needs Community Keyworker to join a community-based service supporting women on probation across Hampshire (Travel is required to differing sites so car driver is essential). This role involves delivering one-to-one, trauma-informed support to women living in the community, as well as women preparing for release from custody. You will support women with complex needs — including housing insecurity, mental health challenges, substance use, domestic abuse and other barriers — helping them to build stability, independence and safer lives away from the criminal justice system. You will manage your own caseload and work closely with probation, housing services and a wide range of statutory and voluntary partners.
