Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced CPN's/Community experienced RMN's for posts that we have across the Essex and Hertfordshire area. The role will include you working with a caseload of clients - you will be required to assess, care plan and deliver treatment to a caseload of service users (and family members) who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions. This includes risk assessment/management to protect the service user, family, friends and wider public. In addition to Care Co-ordination, the role includes that of participating in the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota alongside supporting timely discharges from inpatient services and transfers of care.
