Role: Outreach Family Support Worker  Contract: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Liverpool Early Help utilises a strength based approach to provide empowering, interventions to children and families to help address emerging worries and affect positive change to improve the longer term outcomes of children and young people. As the lead professional you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure that a whole family approach is taken to address the identified needs of the family. The floating support service provides support to young people aged 16-20, to prepare for and transition in to independent living in their own tenancy.
