The service provides support to at risk young people to prevent homelessness and help them move towards independence. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday – Sunday on a rota basis covering early (8AM - 4PM), mid (9AM – 5PM) and late (12PM - 8PM) shifts.
