One of our National Clients is looking for a Facilities Coordinator who is responsible for supporting, monitoring, and coordinating a small team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure smooth and efficient facilities operations. This role requires building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and vendors while ensuring compliance with service standards, financial processes, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor the performance of a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.
Assist in managing contractors on-site to ensure compliance with required standards.
