We have the fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a team based in London Bridge, as a Service Charge Officer. This is a full time, temporary position with an initial contract period of 3 months. This position offers a hybrid working approach, with 2 days a week office based and 3 days working from home. The Service Charge Officer will be responsible for the accurate production of service charge statements, answering customer queries, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly.
Requirements
Strong previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience within Service Charges or a Finance role is desirable but not essential
Able to plan and prioritise high volume workloads
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated
Excellent IT skills, including using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word
