Key duties: * Plastering, patch repairs, skimming and finishing works * Carrying out general multi‑trades tasks where required * Working within occupied properties to a high standard * Ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently Requirements: * Proven experience in plastering and multi‑skilled works * Good customer service skills * Own tools and transport preferred * CSCS card * Must be able to use tablet to order materials/complete works orders Hours & Pay * Monday - Friday * 8am- 16:30 * Starting rate between £23- £25 P/H

Key Requirements: * Proven experience in bricklaying and general multiskilled repairs * Ability to complete responsive repair work orders efficiently * Competent in using a tablet to update jobs and order materials * Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points) * Must have own battery-powered tools Key Responsibilities: * Carry out a range of brickwork and associated repairs * Deliver high-quality work in occupied and void properties * Accurately complete work orders and request materials digitally * Ensure work is completed in line with safety and quality standards What We’re Looking For: * Reliable and self-motivated individual * Strong customer service skills when working in tenants’ homes * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hours & Pay * Monday - Friday * 08:30 - 16:30 * Starting paye rate range: £20- £23 P/H
