Job Purpose
To provide a proactive, victim-focused Anti-Social Behaviour service, managing ASB cases from initial report through to resolution. The role involves investigation, early intervention, and enforcement action where necessary, working closely with internal teams and external partners to reduce ASB and improve community safety across the district.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Investigation
* Manage a caseload of ASB complaints including neighbour disputes, noise nuisance, harassment, hate incidents, and environmental ASB.
* Carry out timely risk assessments, identifying and prioritising high-risk and vulnerable cases.
* Investigate complaints through interviews, witness statements, evidence gathering, diary sheets, noise monitoring, and CCTV review.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with council procedures and legal requirements.
