Farm Operative (Temp to Perm) – DN17 Area
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Operative to join our team in the DN17 area on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of animal welfare, hygiene, and productivity across the unit. Full training and on-site guidance will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in agriculture.
Key Responsibilities

Feeding, moving, serving, treating, vaccinating, and handling pigs

Maintaining animal welfare standards in line with Company policies, RSPCA Assured Standards, and the Five Freedoms

Following all company policies and procedures at all times

Operating farm equipment and machinery safely and responsibly (once trained)

Reporting any site damage or issues promptly to the Line Manager
