Description The Health & Safety Advisor provides hands‑on, site‑based support across all aspects of health and safety management at Fawley Refinery. Working closely with on‑site teams and the client, they help build and maintain a strong, positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements designed to prevent accidents and occupational ill health. As a subject‑matter expert, they advise management on hazards, relevant legislation, and the selection and use of safety equipment. During the shutdown period, they play a key role in ensuring the Trant Engineering project is delivered safely and with a strong focus on environmental responsibility. Core responsibilities include, support safety training, conducting site inspections, investigating incidents, and support site team in documentation and promote effective usage of the client’s behavioural safety system.
