Our client is currently seeking a CNC press brake operative to join their ever growing team in Chilton. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC press brake and metal forming machinery to produce precision components. * Configure and adjust tooling, bend allowances, and machine programs for various materials (stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel). * Verify and approve first-off parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications. * Conduct in-process quality checks and oversee quality compliance for other operators within the team. * Support and mentor less experienced operators, providing guidance on safe operation, setup, and quality practices. * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical data. * Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly to minimise downtime. * Monitor and maintain machine performance and carry out basic maintenance or fault reporting. * Work closely...
