HR Coordinator - Goldthorpe - FTC Altrad are currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team based at our Goldthorpe office. Key deliverables: Key Requirements: Sickness & Absence Management: * Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee sickness and absence. * Ensure timely follow-ups for short- and long-term absences. * Liaise with line managers to support return-to-work interviews and occupational health referrals. * Generate and track absence reports and trends for management review.
