About the Role Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Outreach Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised educational and pastoral support to students across Great Baddow and the surrounding areas who are unable to access mainstream education settings. Working on a one-to-one basis, you will support learners in community venues, alternative provisions, and home environments, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.
