In this pivotal role, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues effectively. This flexible position is ideal for individuals with strong behaviour-management skills, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly with students. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
