Job Description

Role Overview As an Industrial Services Operative, you will work on a variety of industrial projects across customer sites in the UK. This role involves regular travel and nights spent away from home — typically 1–3 nights per week, though certain projects may require stays of up to 10 days. You will be involved in tasks such as: Oil tank cleaning Fuel polishing Confined space work Site decommissioning Oil tank installations Industrial water jetting Full training, mentoring, and opportunities for career progression will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Carry out industrial services operations safely and efficiently Travel to customer sites across the UK as required Work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary Operate tools, machinery, and equipment in line with training Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality service Follow all Health & Safety requirements at all times Person Specification Willingness and ability to work away from home (typically 1–2 nights per week) Ideally based near Kidderminster, Worcestershire Physically fit; the role can be physically demanding Full UK manual car driving licence (HGV licence advantageous) Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights Flexible regarding working hours — weekend, bank holiday, and occasional unsociable hours required Strong team player with good initiative Safety-focused with excellent punctuality and professionalism Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial services or a similar field Practical experience with tools and machinery Preferred (not essential): CSCS / CCNSG Safety Passport Confined Space / Breathing Apparatus training IPAF certification Water jetting experience Please click to apply or call (phone number removed), press option 2 and ask to speak to Freddie
