Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Multiple Site Managers on a 12 Month Contract, based in the Midlands.
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee 11kV–132kV M&E build works on substation projects across the Midlands. You’ll manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality M&E installations on an ongoing long-term framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site operations for HV substation M&E works
* Manage subcontractors and installation teams
* Ensure compliance with CDM/H&S and client standards
* Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, cabling, protection/control, earthing
* Maintain site documentation, QA, progress reporting
Requirements
* Proven HV substation experience (11kV–132kV)
* Strong M&E build background
* SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS/ECS essential
* First Aid
* DNO authorisations (advantageous)
* Ability to read technical drawings & coordinate multi-discipline teams
