Primary schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford and surrounding areas regularly request experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, communication difficulties and learning delays. By joining our supply pool, you will become part of the first group of SEN Teaching Assistants selected for daily, weekly or flexible assignments.

What You'll Do as an SEN Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 or small-group SEN support
Assist teachers with adapted learning and behaviour strategies
Help with communication, regulation and emotional support
Build strong relationships with pupils who rely on consistency
Quickly integrate into different classroom routines
Requirements for an SEN Teaching Assistant
Experience supporting SEN pupils
Confident supporting autism, ADHD, SEMH or speech & language needs
Flexible, adaptable and reliable
Strong communication and calm behaviour approach
Able to travel to schools in Waltham Forest on short notice
