Learning & Development Business Partner L&D Business Partner 12 months Interim Manufacturing Birmingham Hybrid Client Details PageGroup are delighted to support a leading national manufacturing business based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Learning & Development Business Partner to join for a 12 month interim contract. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 2-3 days onsite per week. Description Working as part of a wider HR team, this Learning & Development Business Partner role will involve taking full responsibility for the full L&D lifecycle for a multi-site manufacturing business, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders from entry level to leadership, designing and delivering blended learning programs and also working on the L&D strategy for the organisation. Duties will include but not limited to: Design and deliver impactful blended learning and development programmes aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Support leadership development initiatives within the organisation. Manage budgets related to learning and development projects. Act as a trusted advisor on talent development strategies to senior management. Update and maintain the LMS Shape the talent pipeline, leading on apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance, quality, and meaningful career pathways.Profile A successful Learning & Development Business Partner should have: Proven experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a similar sector Ability to design and implement blended training programmes to suit different learning styles Have a ability to be hands-on and deal with the full L&D lifecycle, designing and delivering programs for all level of stakeholder alongside supporting the business strategically Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 Additional car allowance of £4,500 per year.
