About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join the Facilities Management and Building Services team on a temporary basis. Working within a busy estates environment, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing installation, repair and maintenance duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services across the site.
You will play a key role in delivering a reliable, compliant, and customer-focused service, supporting the effective running of operational and clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing installation, repair, maintenance and fault-finding across a variety of buildings and estates systems.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with statutory compliance and industry standards.
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Work as part of a multi-skilled estates team, supporting colleagues as required.
Accurately complete job records, documentation and compliance reports.
Liaise with staff, contractors and service users in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Participate in the service's rota pattern as required, covering weekdays and weekends
