We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager (Fit Out) to lead the delivery of a high-spec pool, spa and residential fit-out package on a major residential development in East London. This is an 8-month freelance role with potential to extend.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for driving the internal fit-out works, ensuring quality, safety and program are delivered to the highest standard. This includes managing multiple subcontractors, coordinating specialist trades, and providing strong on-site leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations for pool, spa and residential fit-out areas
*
Manage the construction program, sequencing and short-term lookaheads
*
Coordinate and drive subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
*
Maintain strong health & safety standards across all works
*
Report progress to the Project Manager and client team
*
Resolve on-site issues quickly and proactively
*
Ensure design information is coordinated and buildable
*
Represent the contractor as a confident, dependable leader on site
Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering complex internal fit-out packages
*
Strong leadership style — calm, confident, and able to drive performance
*
Excellent knowledge of program management and sequencing
*
Background in high-end residential, leisure, hotel or similar finishes
*
Able to manage specialist trades and hold them to account
*
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid essential
