Behaviour Mentor A supportive and forward-thinking secondary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join them from January 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a real difference in a school community. ⭐ What You'll Be Doing You'll work with students across KS3 and KS4, helping them stay engaged in lessons, manage behaviour positively, and overcome barriers to learning. Every day is different and you'll be part of a caring pastoral and behaviour support team. Your key responsibilities: Supporting behaviour and engagement in classrooms Building trust and strong working relationships with pupils Encouraging positive routines, focus and confidence Helping students with social, emotional and behavioural needs Working closely with teachers to apply consistent strategies Staying calm, respectful and professional when challenges arise ⭐ What We're Looking For This role suits those with experience in: Behaviour support, pastoral, learning mentor, youth work, teaching assistant, or sport-based mentoring Secondary school or education settings Supporting young people with SEMH or behaviour needs We need someone who is: Resilient, patient and calm under pressure Confident working across multiple classes A positive role model with great communication skills Motivated to improve outcomes for young people Open to training and ongoing development Graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply. ⭐ Why Work With Long Term Futures?
