SEN Learning Support Assistant - KS2

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm
Tradewind Education is seeking committed SEN Learning Support Assistants to support KS2 pupils in primary schools across Camden from January 2026.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have at least 6 months of SEN experience in UK primary schools or children's centres
Can commit to full-time, long-term work
Hold a DBS on the Update Service (child workforce only) or are willing to apply for one
Bring a patient, positive and child-centred approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
Role responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Assist class teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with staff, therapists and parents to ensure consistent support
