Site Supervisor - Baggage Handling Systems

£300-£350 Daily
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site teams working on airport projects across multiple locations in the UK and Ireland.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising installation teams on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Projects are primarily within the baggage handling systems (BHS) industry.
Contract type: Inside/ Outside IR35 - 6 months minimum
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site installation teams
Oversee electrical and mechanical installation works
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
Maintain productivity, quality, and site documentation
Requirements
4-5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the baggage handling systems industry
Strong electrical and mechanical installation background
Proven experience supervising teams on live sites
Willingness to travel to airports across the UK and Ireland
Strong communication and leadership skills
