Rullion are looking to recruit for the following Role for one of our global leading Energy clients Material Packing Operators X 3 Lincoln Teal Park/Rushton Works March 2026 Start Date Inside IR35 STH Rate £15.35 Per hour with 33% Uplift Rate for Nightshift £20.41 Per Hour PAYE Rates - Umbrella rates can be provided Duration : 6 Months Initially Monday to Friday 37 hours per week Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site operations through effective materials handling and coordination with internal departments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receiving, offloading, and checking deliveries Booking deliveries into SAP Storing materials in correct locations, including high-rise racking Picking materials as required from storage locations Liaising with other departments to resolve day-to-day operational blockers Maintaining accurate records and supporting site logistics activities Health & Safety Site induction and H&S briefing on the first day Adherence to site safety procedures, including awareness of hazards such as slips, trips, and falls PPE provided by the client where required Requirements Strong IT skills, with SAP experience essential Counterbalance forklift licence desirable Ability to multitask and work independently Willingness to work night shifts Medical assessment, Drug & Alcohol test, and DBS check required If available please submit CV and a member of the team will be in touch Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
