Job Advert: Personal Assistant to HR Director (Hybrid Role) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the HR Director within a busy and fast-paced working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and highly organised PA who is used to managing multiple priorities while working with discretion and professionalism. This is an ongoing temporary position, offering a hybrid working arrangement. Job Title: Personal Assistant to HR Director Location: Hybrid Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour Contract: Ongoing Role Overview  As the HR Director’s Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. You will manage the Director’s diary, inbox, travel arrangements, and act as the key point of contact, supporting HR projects and handling confidential information with absolute discretion. Key Responsibilities  Diary & Email Management Managing the HR Director’s inbox and calendar Scheduling meetings, prioritising urgent matters, and coordinating appointments Blocking time for strategic work and ensuring deadlines are met Confidential Administration Handling sensitive HR and employee-related information professionally and discreetly Supporting with confidential documentation Taking minutes during disciplinary or sensitive meetings when required HR Project Support Assisting with HR initiatives such as performance management and training programmes Supporting employee development activities and HR reporting tasks Document Preparation Drafting, formatting, and proofreading reports, presentations, and correspondence Preparing documents for senior meetings and HR updates Meeting & Travel Logistics Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation where required HR Department Support Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration processes Liaising with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the Director Assisting with payroll processing and HR record keeping when required Skills & Experience Required  Previous PA/EA experience in a busy working environment (essential) Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High-level IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience using HR systems (HRIS) would be desirable HR environment experience is beneficial but not essential A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels Why Apply?  Hybrid working opportunity Ongoing position with immediate start potential Supportive and professional working environment Great role for an experienced PA looking for a stable long-term opportunity
