We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Shift Pattern: Mon- Thurs 7:30am-4pm & Friday 7:30am-3pm.
Pay Rate: £12.95-£15.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
. Assemble components according to technical drawings.
. Use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
. Perform quality checks to ensure all builds meet specification and safety requirements
. Report defects, component shortages, or equipment issues promptly
. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements:
. Proven experience in general assembly work.
. Confident using hand tools and power tools.
. Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
. Good physical condition - able to lift, move and position components as needed.
