Aspire People is working with a forward-thinking primary school in Central Manchester that is investing in curriculum recovery following gaps in learning across KS1 and KS2. This is a non-class-based teaching role, ideal for a teacher who enjoys targeted teaching, diagnostic assessment, and seeing measurable progress without the pressures of full class responsibility. The Role: Delivering targeted Maths and English recovery sessions Working with small groups across KS1 and KS2 Identifying learning gaps and adapting sessions accordingly Supporting pupils who have fallen behind expected levels Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders Ideal For: Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) Teachers returning from a career break Teachers looking for impact-driven teaching Strong KS1/KS2 curriculum knowledge This role offers consistency, focus, and the chance to make a real difference across the school.
