Responsibilities as a General Supply Teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups
Provide feedback to permanent staff where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom management skills
The ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning needs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional and reliable approach
