Engineer - Concrete Repairs
Are you an Engineer with strong experience in concrete repairs on live highways?
We're looking for an experienced Engineer to join ongoing highways schemes in Hampshire, supporting critical infrastructure improvements including concrete repairs and 278-style works.
If you're confident in setting out, managing permits, and driving quality on site, this is a role where you'll play a key part in delivery.
This position will support highways projects involving:
·Concrete repair works
·Kerbing and associated civils
·Section 278-style improvement works
·General highway infrastructure upgrades
You'll be embedded within the site team, ensuring works are delivered accurately, safely, and in line with programme and quality standards.
As Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
·Accurate setting out for concrete and kerbing works
·Managing and coordinating permits
·Preparing and maintaining ITPs
·Driving quality assurance and compliance
·Supporting daily site delivery and resolving technical queries
We're looking for someone with:
·Proven experience in concrete repair works on highways
·Strong background in kerbing and 278-type works
·Experience working on live road networks
·Solid understanding of quality processes and technical documentation
·Relevant CSCS qualification
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring precision, organisation, and confidence working in a live highways environment.
