Year 6 Teacher – Liverpool (L7)
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to inspire young learners and make a real impact in the classroom?
We are looking for a motivated and creative Year 6 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L7). This is a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, and where ECTs are given the guidance and resources to thrive.
The Role
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: February 2026
This position is ideal for ECTs who are eager to develop their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 6 across the Primary Curriculum.
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative teaching.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly.
* Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil success.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
* Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, particularly for Key Stage 2.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
