Sewell Wallis is extremely excited to be working for a leading business who are based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Due to expansion, they're now looking to recruit a purchase ledger clerk on a 6-month contract.
The candidate will ideally be experienced with purchase ledger and be able to process a high volume of purchase invoices. The business offers some fantastic benefits, including the opportunity to work from home a few days per week.
What will you be doing?
Processing invoices for the group by following company procedures.
Reconciliation of supplier statements and escalation point for query resolution.
Responsible for clearing aged invoices and managing the timely processing of unapproved invoices.
Point of contact for queries and escalations for Suppliers, supported by Senior members of the team.
To support Senior team members of the team as and when necessary with ad hoc tasks.
