We are looking for an experienced purchase Ledger Clerk to support on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the housebuilding or construction industry and be familiar with the COINS accounting system. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, timely payments, and efficient management of supplier accounts during a busy period. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring correct matching to purchase orders and goods received notes. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies. Prepare and process supplier payment runs in line with company schedules.
