MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a temporary opportunity based in Redditch. This is an office-based position working 37 hours per week, with occasional site attendance across Redditch. This role is paying £45ph umbrella inside of IR35. Working within Housing Property Services, you'll play a key role in the procurement and financial management of housing maintenance and improvement contracts. You'll be responsible for developing contract documentation, managing valuations and payments, agreeing variations and final accounts, and producing accurate financial reporting to support the successful delivery of projects and services.
