Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Income and Corporate Debt Officer for a local authority in Folkestone. In this role, you will administer Business Rates accounts, maximise council revenue and deliver an efficient, customer-focused service. Duties: Administer Business Rates accounts, including billing, reliefs, exemptions, refunds and account amendments. Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate advice in line with current legislation and council procedures. Maintain property and account records, liaising with internal teams and external organisations such as the Valuation Office Agency.
