🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead payroll operations across approximately 15–18 countries throughout EMEA & APAC
* Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring service levels and compliance are maintained
* Oversee payroll processing, approvals, controls and reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions
* Support internal and external audits, including tax, SOX and compliance reviews
* Partner closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, Legal and senior stakeholders
* Manage, mentor and develop a small payroll team
* Review payroll outputs, identify risks and drive continuous process improvements
* Support payroll projects, system enhancements and operational efficiencies
* Ensure payroll compliance with local legislation, employment taxes and statutory requirements
