MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Consultancy, who is working with a Housing Association, to strengthen oversight of their responsive repairs contract with a major contractor. The role will require working 1 day per week in the office in Surrey/London and 4 days working from home. The rate of pay is £400pd inside of IR35. This role has arisen due to concerns around cost control and contract compliance, particularly relating to variations and work order management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring value for money and robust commercial governance.
