In this role, you will manage billing and debt recovery while resolving customer enquiries professionally and maximising council income. Duties: Manage the accurate billing, collection and recovery of council income and debts. Resolve customer enquiries across multiple channels with a high standard of customer care. Negotiate and monitor repayment arrangements in line with legislation and council policy.
