Our client is looking for 2 HR reporting analysts to create a number of custom reports as they move from one HRIS system to another. They have identified numerous leadership reports that are not mapping to the new system (SuccessFactors), so need re-writing. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical staff to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports the businesses strategic decision making. Experience wise you will need to have extensive experience in the design and build of custom reports and dashboards and work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
