LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR/PARALEGAL; Wolverhampton; 6-month contract; £18-20ph depending on experience; 37 Hrs per week; Inside IR35. We currently have an opportunity for a legal administrator to work with an aerospace sector client based in Wolverhampton. The post holder will provide support in review of contracts, annotation of changes and providing a concise summary of counter requests, risk etc. Key Responsibilities Provide legal and contract support on contracts and legal documents including providing support on the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, execution, and post-execution tracking.
