Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Data Coordinator to join a busy Asset Management team on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overview: The successful candidate will provide effective administrative and operational support to a busy Asset Management service, ensuring the accurate coordination, recording and maintenance of asset data. The role holder will support the management of key information systems, maintain records relating to property assets and surveys, and contribute to the efficient delivery of asset management programmes.
