* Training providers – dates/information they require
* Site managers requesting training for colleagues
* Internal trainers (eg FLT – Scarbs only)
* Filling of any certificates that come through / forwarding on FLT Cards
* Line manager requests
* Training responses – adding to invites etc
PO’s - raising / logging
Check and action WNS queue - only GR goods once training completed
Action records from any previous day’s training including dashboard, matrix, success factors, including filing any certificates so we stay audit ready
Check post (for certificates – scan and file appropriately)
Check up to date with any planned training – send reminder emails / Provisit & Proxyclick’s, ensure room booked/joining instructions have been sent in good time and received confirmation – ensure on planned external training spreadsheet on site dashboard
Set up room/sign in sheets printed for next day’s training if applicable....
