Based in Newton Abbot, our client a global market leader are looking to recruit experienced customer service advisors to start immediately.
Duties:
* Responsible for providing support to customers on any matters relating to: In-house logistical delays, Parcel tracking and investigation of lost parcels & returns.
* You will use a variety of media (Social channels, phone and email) to make sure customers are given as prompt and as complete response as possible.
* Feedback any significant positive or negative comments from customers/yourself relating to products and services offered.
* By having a great telephone manner you will be polite and courteous when speaking to customers.
Skills
· Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
· Good geographical knowledge of the world
· Proficient in computer use and ability to learn new software packages
· At least 2 years’ experience in similar role or customer facing role
