Job Title: General Administrator – Maternity Cover – 12 Months
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am to 5pm
Remuneration: £23,000.00 to £28,000.00 depending on experience & ability
25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
Objective of General Administrator Role:
Providing administration support to all areas of the business. Successfully fulfilling the role will aid your colleagues in maintaining existing business & providing a consistent level of support for the recruitment of new business.
Duties in Role of General Administrator include:
* Answering telephone
* Greet visitors & receive parcel deliveries
* Carry out & maintain all electronic filing
* Maintain logs of company tools & vehicles, keeping asset lists & records of service, tax & MOTs
* Place orders with suppliers and process invoices
* Maintain training logs of all engineers & file relevant certification
