Your Key Responsibilities: * Inputting site operational information into relevant spreadsheets * Document Control * Inputting site allocation data into relevant spreadsheets - staff, labour, materials & plant * Uploading site documents to BC - working with the SB3 document control team * Maintain and update office notice boards with relevant information * Co-ordinate with the internal training and competency team and relay training course requirements to site operatives * Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies * Daily input and management of hours worked for all site operatives and site staff, and feeding into People Allocation Sheet Daily updating Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheet * Collection and submission of Plant and Equipment Maintenance Sheets What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as an Administrator in the construction industry. * Located near Iver Heath * Valid UK driving licence. * Strong organisational and...
