In this role, you will work alongside 3 Customer Service Advisors and a Team Leader, collaborating closely with Technical Coordinators and other office team members to deliver excellent service to both B2B and B2C customers. This position is initially a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate and based on business needs. You will receive a full 6-week onboarding and training plan, along with a comprehensive handover to ensure your success from day one.
